Apple License: There were a lot of discussions about this between many posters here. If my memory serves me right (I don't follow along much anymore) the belief was the Apple license was Q3, 2011. There were 3 unannounced licenses for around $7.5Mil in this Q and if Apple was one of them they got off cheap. If Apple was in any of the subsequent Q's then they got off even cheaper. Lambert is the numbers guy so he may have better insight.
