Does anyone recall who it was that dug up the info about an Apple license and when it was? Can someone post it again? TIA

If it was public ( or at least could be dug up ) it still amazes me that the BOD and DL and others on the corporate side of the SHM absolutely refused to come out and acknowledge a license. Did anyone who was at the SHM actually hear them say it. All I heard was how they were not sure what they could say and weren't sure what to say. Reminded me of how cornered rats might look and act!
