Couple of quick things-----------------------------

I noticed that one of our posters (I think someone from Germany) said that he noticed that one on the suits was on one claim of the 336. Could that be possible---one of the claims that was settled by Judge Ward?

I remember reading an article written by Apple's lawyers where he called the MMP an NPE. If I remember correctly he was talking about the fact that we don't make a product that uses our tech.( he was calling us a troll)---I was concerned that that was the reason that they never filed with the ITC. DL has filed many of his "other patent" claims against other companies through the ITC--do they have a product? I need to go back and find that article written by Apple's lawyer--it was not about TPL, but mentioned them.

There was also some wording about "patents overlapping" in the filing that I posted yesterday. I will go back and find both things and post them here later. GL, ads
