Mac Leckrone had previously told me in a phone conversation that the Alliacense website is not there for the benefit of PTSC shareholders who want information about MMP licensing activity. He went on to say that not every license is listed on their website. That being said the following information is from the Alliacense website. I began with licensing shortly before PTSC filed suit against TPL (April 2010). In my opinion, licensing was heavily in favor of portfolios OTHER than the MMP
