The low amount on the sell side, coupled with a reasonable bid providing a solid base.

I'm no expect, but it appears to me that we are consolidating on low volume and the price is walking up at a slow, steady pace. The low amount of folks willing to sell is indicative to me that we may finally start to see an upward trend.

If the news of the ITC suits results in a larger interest on the buy side, however speculative that is, can only be a good thing at this point.
