It appeared to me that they (Barco and HTC) were trying to stall the case as long as possible--just as they have always done. IMHO, Judge Ware will not rule on the case at this point---he would have done it sooner rather than later as he is about ready to move on to greener pastures. Magistrate Grewal seems to have a good education in the tech/ip field--maybe that scares Barco and HTC. GL, ads
