Even if it is a victory, it's not been made official. This is bothering me. The MH victory claim sort of flies in the face of TPLs' PR policy, doesn't it ? We go from having no PR on the Apple licensing, to recieving a PR insinuating we have ("un-officially") won a favorable MH ruling.
