In response to the Court’s order of August 2, 2012 (Dkt. No. 338 in the Acer action), the

parties from the three above-captioned actions, plaintiffs Acer Inc., Acer America Corp. and

Gateway, Inc., HTC Corporation and HTC America Inc., and Barco, N.V. (collectively

“Plaintiffs”), and defendants Technology Properties Limited, Patriot Scientific Corporation, and

Alliacense Limited (collectively “Defendants”), hereby jointly consent to Magistrate Judge

Grewal for all proceedings in the above-captioned matters.
