The volume began to rise first on the frankfurt exchange, on monday I think. Then it faded and I thought it was a headfake. Apparently not the case now. Slow buying by those in the know and now it appears they are about to spill the beans! There are alot of things going on but I think if PTSC has real signs of positive cash flow, they will announce a dividend early on. I like september 1 after earnings are out. dreaming
