1. There is no shorting possibilty in Germany! I've said this many times before in the last years, I've spoken to all exchanges and shorting, especially nake shorting, is forbidden!

2. Today's purchase was 500,000 shares in 4min - so there's no possiblity for a "herd" to jump on.

3 Especially german investors have been burnt heavily over the last years with PTSC, therefore no one in Germany will buy a significant amount of shares before the US market is open.
Hence your allegation of a "herd mentality" is completely wrong.

4. It takes some time to get german shares to the US market - it cannot be done in one day.

5. For all the reasons above I'll ask Agoracom to remove your post - please check first with REALITY before posting something like this again.
