Since the payments to Brown were to reimburse him for taking risks with loans to TPL, I suspect it is up to Brown to terminate the agreement.I do not believe the agreement was ever made public, but I have read most of the other public court documents. I do not recall seeing anything that indicates the agreement was terminated and, IMO, TPL is required to continue payments to Brown.The only significant issue remaining in that litigation is whether DL can be held personally responsible for TPL's debts.
