Well, I can't argue with that. Too many distractions today. Thanks for the catch. Consider me appropriately humbled and embarassed.

4 million seems too few but really what I was looking at was getting out of the 'penny stock' arena. A 10:1 reverse would just get us over with 40 million shares $1.20 but may not be enough to catch the eye of serious investors.
