I am not an attorney, but I think Ronran, could answer this better than I but I would think that it would be illegal for a company to do that.

I mean how in the world could a company that made it impossible for the MMP to succeed, all of the sudden buy shares?

I am certain that if the judge got that information delivered to him he would rule in favor of the MMP all the way through.

That idea just does not sound right.
