In reviewing ITC docs, there was a letter to Amazon in which an amount was given for accrued royalty exposure as of 2007.

Letter dated Oct 15, 2007 to Amazon from Roy Maharaj, VP Licensing (Alliacense)

…Amazon.com‘s activity is generating massive liability and is a very serious matter for Amazon.com Management and Shareholders. Our preliminary research indicates Amazon.com

has already accrued approximately $130M of royalty exposure for past damages under the MMP Portfolio.
