As some of my questions of the last weeks haven't been answered, I'm really happy about this answer :-) : Dear ..., The 10-K for the annual period ended May 31, 2012 will be filed with the SEC towards the end of this month.  The annual report/proxy will be mailed to shareholders according to the calendar dictated by the annual shareholder meeting date which has yet to be set.  Last year these materials were distributed in the December time frame.
