The question remains, are we strictly NOT a non practicing entity? I understand TPL worked on Intellasys, etc., and PTSC worked on Ignite, Shboom, etc, but what defines an NPE? Do we have to be currently practicing? Is TPL currently practicing via other tech/IP? I could probaby google and find wikipedia info. I'll leave that up to others...
