IMHO the BOD has been busy planning just this type of thing, I would not be surprised after court victories and injunction victories are manifest, that maybe a 6 months to a year later that patents are re-defined and resubmitted to the USPTO.

Anyone with half a brain should be able to figure the benefits of this, IMHO TPL attornies may have already advised them of such a move, and seeing how BOD and TPL hold their cards to their chest, it may be possible we will hear an announcement much later.
