The largest single license to date was for $31.6M to Fujitsu. That was over 6 years ago. We've never approached anything close to that since. The ITC filings cite $130M claim in the Amazon case and based on treble damages if I recall. The number of infringers has been quoted by PTSC & TPL as being in the hundreds, never over 1000.
Yet you came out with questions about individual settlement amounts, not in the millions, not even in the billions, but over 1 TRILLION! You place possible infringers at 5000!
If you didn't want to get called on foolishness, you shouldn't post it.
If you want to discuss numbers, it's pretty straight forward. Until things change, they are the same. So assume $20M best case per cited ITC infringer. $260M based on 13 infringers. Take 20% off the top for expenses including TPL's 15% take. That leaves $208M to split. PTSC gets $104M.
IMO, those are great numbers and extremely optimistic. Time will tell, but to post what you posted is pure HYPE!
