I think your post is unfair. I think his point was the patent infringement landscape has changed due to congressional and legal action taken by the elected and appointed folks. The days of big settlements have probably passed, but we shall see. I suggest giving Cliff a call. He is generous with his time and he will be as candid as possible given all the legal issues he cannot certainly speak about. Nor will he give any SP guidance as we are in multiple legal battles and anything can happen. Lastly, I completely misunderstood comments I heard 2nd hand from people who attended the SHM breakfast, so without actually speaking directly to Cliff, you are getting information second hand.
