What if they did and TPL takes PTSC private ?

We as shareholders have NO SAY in who directs the company...even after a passing proxy demanding shareholder participation in selection/removal of members of the Bod. Would we have a say in approving a merger ?

That thought has been on my mind for some time.

Still, it's doing my attitude wonders with the surge in SP and the steps taken with the ITC.

Feeling like Bernanke looks in the photo Agora is running.
