What would it do to the Stock?

How would this affect the valuation?

Just think of it:

The ITC may not take all that long to decide because they are going to verify that the Patents have been revalidated....thats it!

There is no way in the world they will rexamine the patents themselves, so what are they actually going to investigate????

1. Judge Wares and Judge Wards conclusion

2. Check the USPTO to make sure that the patents are revalidated

3. Come to a decision as to whether or not the above conclusions are true

4. Agree that they are true

5. Approve the injunctions

Thats it!

I am giving 2 to 3 months to give the green light for the injunctions.
