This forum continues to amaze....
Tucci kindly posts a "flier" about PTSC touting our potential (for ease of reference, it is the post to which this replies). While it clearly doesn't tell the entire story, I only find one statement in the entire article that I have a big problem with - that being "The owner of the Moore Microprocessor Patentâ„¢ Portfolio ....." (a misrepresentation which ignores TPL/Moore).
Other than that, there's the emphasis on $2/share in 2006. Factual, but some might argue that this isn't 2006, and the market and investors in the OTCBB market have changed - to which one could counter-argue that 15,000+ investors in PTSC apparently disagree, as do the millions of investors invested in the thousands of other inherently risky OTCBB stocks. High potential returns will always entice.
Then Brian posts the facts surrounding "OTC Magic" and it's business practices. DUH! Did anyone really think that this article was written by some "OTC investor advocate" purely interested in the well-being of others, with no self interests? Seriously? LOL
But pointing out the obvious did IMO detract and distract from the content of that article. And that content is being ignored by the forum, instead focusing on ????
Everything in that article is arguably correct or reasonable as excepted by the aforementioned ownership issue. Not the whole story, which could be elaborated with negatives - and more positives. It comes across as extreme hype, unfortunately - as Elaine Benice (Seinfeld) would point out "Too many explanation points!". The "Stock on Fire" lead adds to the perception of hype.
Perhaps some would like to take that article line by line and pick at it as appropriate.
Slim pickin's IMO.
FWIW,
