So... Brian's desire is for TRANSPARENCY, both good and bad... so potential investors have all information possible to make an informed decision wether to invest or not...

You don't care if potential investors are on a level playing field or not.. in fact it appears you would prefer they not be able to make an informed decision.. just trust you and buy, buy, buy... nice.. Bernie would be proud..
