I think the big question is whether or not our BOD and TPL are willing to do what it takes to garner those big license fees. To date they have been content to take the low hanging fruit, ignoring their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and simply getting the bills and their paychecks paid. Maybe now they will be willing to do something to actually boost the shareprice by getting industry standard fees or if we get lucky treble damages and lawyers fees. This could get interesting very quickly folks.
