The 10K will reveal the Ford license amount. If it's small, (less than $1M), it wouldn't surprise anyone or be abnormal, IMO, as that's been the norm over the last 2 years, and they were signed before the Markman result was published.
But if it turns out to be a larger fee, say more than $5M or $10M, I think that would perk up the idea that higher fees are on the way, and may support the recent increases in the pps and drive new interest, especially when you consider there aren't any other major auto makers on the license list.
Two days and we may have a catalyst for a bump above 20 cents, or we may see justification for wait and see attitude that may keep us in the .15-.17 trading range until some more positive news is realeased.
It would be good to see the 10-K followed up with a couple of license announcements over the next 2 weeks.
