Cliff took $310,000 in salary and $125,000 in cash bonus for a total of $446,000 in cash compensation.

Hey Gloria, hey Carl .. if you think he does such a good job, why don't you pay him from your your own pockets, or give him your undeserved salaries ?

I don't want Cliff getting a penny more of my money for such crappy leadership or stock performance !! .. You two either for that matter.
