Criminal, in a word Cliff's bonus in addition to his salary is imo Criminal.

It is a crime of methodology to all shareholders of PTSC and to the American method of fair play and the way capitalism is meant to work. This action is more in the mode of a B. Madoff then the action of a group of business people intent on making the company they work for successful. Instead they look upon Patriot as their piggy bank and their responsibilities to their bosses, shareholders be darn.

So, yes, Their actions are in my opinion Criminal and I hope that soon we will hear of an investigation by the SEC and local law enforcement into their actions or lack there of and into the control enforced on them by DL. I believe that someone somewhere needs to stand up and take action that will result in enforcement of the laws of fairness and justice are met in regards to PTSC.

I apologize to anyone who reads this and feels I am being to harsh ( I repeat criminal), but like I said in one word the actions we have seen over the years that have led to this 10K outrageous bonus news should be the straw that breaks back of those who has the slightest hope that this group of people were legitimately looking out for the best interest of shareholders.

I can only hope at this point that the board takes legal action against me as that would give me my chance to face them in a court of law and let the facts come out without the farce of DL pulling strings. I can only pray they will take such action against me.

To all of you I say God Bless and I am sorry for those of you who have been tragically hurt by the action of these folks.
