You have not seen MANY things that are factual, and that have been proven true, but not because the proof doesn't exist, but because you REFUSE to see it, accept it, or aren't willing to research it. Many people have directed Agoracom readers to the wheres, hows, and whys about the Apple license. Some of the actual information has even been posted in posts here. If you're unwilling to accept others sharing information that they have put great effort in researching, despite their posting it here and directing you as to where to find it for yourself, and instead insist on posting FUD about it, then, unfortunately, you'll remain ignorant about the issue.

Additionally, your posts about the timing of the 10-K filing either shows your lack of understanding of the regulatory requirements OR suggests that you are intentionally trying to mislead readers here. You have demonstrated similar lack of understanding in other posts regarding other issues as well.

There's an old addage that you shouldn't ask questions to which you can find the answer on your own. Certainly, it would help you to do some research for yourself before you post, as you can certainly benefit from the knowledge you'd gain through that research.

l2007s, wolfpackvoltare, BaNosser, and other posters have provided loads of information. I'd suggest you look through their posting history, especially the PACER filings having to do with the Marcoux, Brown, Moore and PTSC cases vs. TPL, and you'll find the "proof" you seek. Or perhaps you can continue to follow the tact of other posters here who complain about the FACTUAL postings of other posters because they may not support the rosey view others want presented about PTSC, yet complain that no one spoon feeds them the information that was the result of serious research that allowed those posters to post such posts, and instead continue to post totally erroneous and misleading posts like the one you made about the timing of the 10-K filing.

The choice is really yours, but you'd stand to gain a lot by doing a little research.
