Since everyone is about providing good DD and in all fairness to the NEW members on agoracom, who do not monitor agoracom 24 hours a day 7 days a week, these answers should be provided.

Its not fair the the new forum members to have to read thousands of posts when you and other Presidents are here for support, I mean that is the reason why you joined agoracom right?

Because the Apple conversation went on for a while, but as I read the posts I saw nothing to prove that a license exists.

I have friends that could possibly retrieve the filed records, once something is public to the best of my understanding the court room filed docs can not later be changed.

If someone was able to see them, then they are public record and can be retrieved by paying for the copies.
