Patriot follows SEC requirements for filing 10Qs (quarterly reports) and in this case the 10K (annual report). PTSC almost always files its reports on the day it is due (sometimes later) but I don't recall any early submissions.

I'm not sure why you would say it was a planned release around the CMC....I disagree for the reasons stated above.
