into undercurrents likely involved the TPL/PTSC litigation.

You will notice that TPL filed with the ITC over their proprietary Patent suites a full year before they did for the MMP.

Why did TPL wait so long to go before the ITC on the MMP ?

Did TPL ever expicitally threaten to stall or even stop MMP prosecution activity and dry up revenues unless PTSC did or didn't do something ?

Was pursuit of the MMP at the ITC a component of PTSC dropping it's fraud suit against TPL ?
