The complaint was filed on August 24, 2011

The most recent orders are as follows:

Order 45 (August 31, 2012) Shortening response Time. On Aug 30 Sony & Sony Corp of America filed an opposed motion to terminate the investigation as to Sony based on a consent order. .....shortened response time is appropriate in view of the fact that the hearing in this investigation is scheduled to begin Sept. 17, 2012. All responses to Sony's motion to terminate shall be filed on or before Sept. 4, 2012

Order 44 (Aug 2, 2012) Denying Respondent's motion for Summary Determination of invalidity

Order 41 Denying Pandigital's motion for leave to file its motion for summary determination Out of Time
