Please be aware that TPL's other IP portfolios are no where close to the value of the MMP. Nor have the other portfolios been reexamined by the USPTO and no fortune 500 company would license their portfolios alone without fighting them at the USPTO and in court. So...I would guess IBM got a sweetheart deal ...
