He may have represented IBM in another case, therefore the reference to four desperate technologies. There was no reference to TPL here.

Represented IBM in patent infringement action involving four desperate technologies. Obtained favorable resolution by way of settlement.

Successfully represented IBM in connection with patent disputes brought by notorious patent troll Technology Properties, LTD.
