John welcome aboard. The new agreement is just a CYA for Leckrone and TPL. Alliacense has been our vendor. This new agreement IMO is just some layer of protection for TPL. I think in practice the game continues as usual. They share the same last name and they are in the same exact suite 100 on Stevens Rd in Cuppertino CA.
