Maybe you forgot that Gloria had the decency to openly admit, and I paraphrase but maybe it's in the formal records of the relevant SHAM, that the BOD "did not have the expertise needed for these investments".

These problems started well before 2008. The blatant draining of PTSC coffers for their own personal benefit has continued unrelentlessly through the economic melt-down.

The problem isn't shareholders and rear-view mirrors - it's always been the BOD and their lack of clear forward vision which is perhaps blurred by their tears as they "cry all the way to the bank".
