you don't have to forget it but it isn't going to change what has already happened. How about the present and the future. My suggestions are PTSC should remove the interim adjective in front of CEO. Either Cliff wants the job and or he doesn't. Eliminate Glorias position to use for a new CEO. Mandate a mandatory stock ownership rule with all BOD and management. Bonuses should be "rewarded" with mostly stock.
