So, if indeed CJ is employed directly or indirectly by a company which is ostensibly owned by Eric Swartz (e.g. Roswell) is there not a conflict of interest and should CJ not recuse himself from any and all related discussions and votes which might imbue benefit to Mr. Swartz?

If so, does he? Or does he rely on CF/GF to provide the necessary "majority" on such matters?
