What idiots are now calling for an SEC investigation? We are closer than ever to full validation of the 336/MMP, we have an ITC ruling coming our way on top of that. So why pick a fight now? Makes absolutely no sense to me at all. Only someone wishing to see the pps plummet (like it's doing at the moment) would ask for such a thing.
