I hate to oversimplify but public announcements were made about the ITC and the NDoC, and a bunch of people bought in. Then you had articles across many tech websites post aabout the PR. Then you had a rag or two pile on and voila! You have SP appreciation with nothing, aka $s, to back it up. I wasn't really expecting any $s. Dividends are our only play. IMO the defendants in the ITC action can't afford an adverse prelominary find which will be determined prior to Sept 2013.
