Shouldn't there be something about this OTC status change, maybe even explaining 'why' and also 'who' caused it and 'what' effect it might have for shareholders (other than possibly having caused the stock price to plummet)?

It probably doesn't matter because www.ptsc.com still proudly shows "Data sharing and secure data solutions for a connected world" as its banner so it's not as though the management cares much about the company image.

FAQs (why are these under "Press" and not "Investors"?) are still is dated 5.10.12 so I guess questions are not being asked frequently enough, unless the frequency is maybe once a year.
