I agree with almost everything you are saying. But let's be honest. Similar reasons, I'd say at lease as compeling as your reasons are now, have been posted many times in years past. I know, I posted some of those, and read all the others. That doesn't make you wrong, but it doesn't make you right either. Only big $ sales will prove you right, everything else on this site has been and continues to be just noise.
