IMHO, I believe the BOD knows alot more than they are telling us, they have many cards up their sleeve that will not be announced until the timing is right.

AGAIN IMHO:

1. Possible redisgned patents that will take us into another long session of licensing

2. Potential Annual renewals of license fees

3. Royaltes and Licenses to third parties

If I were on the BOD, I would certainly not release this information until a Summary Judgement and or Until the ITC ruled in our favor once and for all.

Why realease info on all the Trump Cards?

This would certainly rock the investors and future investors (Little Brainiac World) and cause a flurry of agressive stock grabbing.
