No thanks I think I got it. Obviously my were questions are rhetorical. Question ? If a company and/or a business enters into agreements but continually defrauds or misrepresents thier half of the agreement and gets sued but the cases against them are always settled before a trial. As a matter of law is this company guilty of fraud or misrepresentation?
