Just an fyi to all

FACT: At the last shm Cliff did say he does not own stock in the Ptsc as he could not afford to as the stock is to risky for him and he has personal obligations.

FACT: At the last shm Cliff stated that he is either underpaid or paid the same as any other leader of a San Diego company the size of Ptsc. This is blatantly false.

FACT: When asked what they did for their compensation Carl answered by stating they spent a lot of their time on the phone (no kidding this is what they get the big bucks for).

I could go on but Brian laid it out very well.
