has forced Patriot to remain silent about license agreements. Patriot always seemed to PR license agreements whenever Alliacense PRd those same agreements. What changed with Pentair?
According to Alliacense
Jan - Extreme Networks PR- over 80 have licensed the MMP (patriot does not mention this)
Feb - Tyco PR- over 75 have licensed MMP (Patriot does not mention this in its PR)
March- Disney PR- over 75 have licensed MMP (Patriot does not mention this in its PR)
May- Ford PR- 95 have licensed (Patriot does not mention this in its PR)
July- ITC Complaint - nearly 100 global leaders have licensed (Patriot does not mention this in its PR)
July - Pentair PR - no mention of number of licenses (Patriot doesn't post a PR about Pentair)
Is it legal for a public company to possibly agree not to inform its shareholders of license agreements when it states in its financials license agreements are the main source of revenue for the company?
