I'm going to jump in here. An SEC investigation might happen with Peregrine. This would probably be PTSC shareholders' only opportunity for a regulatory agency to take a look at PTSC practices. Think about. If Erict Swartz, Carlton Johnson and David Pohl are manipulating the SP, there is a possibility it is happening here and I suspect it has. If you don't want the SEC to look into your practices, don't falsely cite phase II trial results. Laughable...
