Where are the licenses? I guess every company that we have put on notice has decided to fight this revalidated Patent on Water that has two successful Markmans and has licensed some of the biggest companies in the world.

Our licensing team(TPL) stands to make millions by litigating and delaying and maybe the owners of the Patents will go broke in the process. I don't understand how our BOD let them continue to have full dominion and control of our future. A third party licensing agent would have been the easiest and most logical remedy. I have a hard time believing that all these companies that have been put on notice are all taking the same approach. Remember it was reexams that weakened our position followed by the new Markman now the ITC. After that what will it be? Soon as the appeals are finished we are going to get that tsunami.

I do not like the fact that our partner can reap millions of dollars without money ever getting to the bottomline. If they were in our position and our Patent was being licensed by a third party and they were splitting expenses do you think we would be in the same position?
