Let me see...

PTSC would need to put pressure on TPL/Dan Leckrone to up the pace (or open his infamous "drawer").
PDS is the shell/vehicle by which PTSC communicates to TPL and its affiliates.
PTSC's sole representative at PDS is Carlton Johnson.
PTSC's interim CEO is Cliff Flowers. He would be the person who would have to apply the pressure.
Cliff Flowers would have to take his complaints to Carlton Johnson for him to communicate them to TPL via PDS.
Cliff Flowers just received a handsome increase in compensation thanks to Carlton Johnson.
and
Carlton Johnson is an employee of Eric Swartz.
