. i also thanked Cliff and Gloria for their work...and suggested that he did not need to buy one share..and that if he needed money to buy shares, he could do that with a bonus - even with a bonus, he would not be obligated to buy shares...and i suggested that if he did not have a golden parachute that he should visit that subject.

Which part of their work were you so impressed with? I am glad you gave Cliff the pass on buying shares and even the golden parachute idea. You must have a lot of clout because he hasn't purchased any shares and I am sure the golden chute will be in an upcoming 10Q.
